Hands down one of the best all around customer experiences I have had in years. In an era where "Good Enough" has become the norm, Costello's still does the job right and communicates with the customer throughout the process. The COVID supply chain issues made sourcing a few parts difficult with one key part taking 30 days to arrive. I was called several times throughout the process and given options on how I wished to proceed after having all options explained. Extra time and labor was spent doing this job right without increasing the initial quoted price.

I took my car to Camaro Costello when my car was wrecked. I was very happy with the job he did. The car looked wonderful, he was very reasonable with the pricing, and is very polite and professional. Unfortunately, another incident has came up with my car. I took it over to get an estimate and have made arrangements to get it fixed. I never hesitated as to where I would take it, Costello's Collision Center is the only place I will go to from now on!! I can't express my gratitude enough.
