Wonderful experience. Just bought a River Ranch fifth wheel today. I was given a price via e-mail, it was the final price. Hands down, best price against every other dealer nationwide. I flew up from TX to inspect the unit this morning. Rig was inside the shop, full of propane, plugged into power and ready to look at. I came up with a short list of issues. They called me before I got back to the airport and told me that it was ready. We’re going to have it picked up and delivered to WA state. They’re storing it for a couple of months until we’re ready. No extra fees, no drama, no pressure. Highly recommended.

After a very long drive from Orlando, my wife and I finally arrived at RV Nation in Ohio. From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were welcomed warmly by two wonderful ladies who greeted us with smiles, coffee, and genuine kindness. After such a long trip, that warm welcome meant a lot. When we left, they even gave us a hug, which really showed how much they care about their customers. From there, everything went smoothly. We found the RV we wanted online at a reasonable price here but the process with Clayton was not a pleasant one. He came across disingenuous and condescending. As first time RV buyers, this made the process confusing and irritating. We had some questions and it seemed that questions made things worse. We got the sentiment that all he cared about was one more RV being sold. We would have much rather our business go through someone else. We drove 18 hours overnight to try and make our walkthrough with them, but unfortunately we had car trouble on the way with our rental, and communicated this with them.
