I stopped on a Friday afternoon with a water pump issue. Sounds normal except I was from out of town and in for a funeral having to return to Ohio on Sunday. Chuck checked the truck, diagnosed the problem and got me taken care of before 5 PM. Chuck’s prices are fair, his customer service outstanding and his work very thorough. Knowing I was going back to Ohio he checked the oil and the air in my tires. I can’t thank you enough for the great service! I hope you continue to be supported well by this community.

I recently had the brakes on my vehicle worked on at another auto garage where I live. I was driving through Peckville and notice some odd noises coming from my right front tire area. Locals recommended taking my car to Cougar Auto. Chuck dropped everything he was doing to help me with my situation. He informed me that my brake caliper was falling off. A bolt was missing along with brake line bolt. He had my car back on the road in 20 minutes. People like Chuck are rare in this world. Can't thank him enough.

My favorite lifelong mechanic retired and never in a million years would I have thought someone would be able to replace Stanley from Stanley's Garage until I found Chuck from Cougar Auto. Guys like Stan and Chuck are a rare breed these days. Best Mechanic I’ve ever had! He’s honest, resonable, fair and timely! Chuck is the only mechanic I use and Cougar Auto is the only place I take my vehicles!!!

Chuck is very friendly and always helpful. He is the owner of the place .he supports the community and the little league baseball. He has the pictures all over. The walls. Which is nice to look at while you wait.. he tells you if he can do it or not . If not he gives you another place. To go . . I have gone to him for many years. He does an excellent job. I highly recommend him .
