Great experience waiting on our C7's tire change. Dealership went out of their way to get our tires delivered from a warehouse in Colombus so we'd make our drive home the same day. Extremely accommodating, friendly, and the mechanics knew quite a bit about motorsport. While I cannot attest to the buying experience, the service was top-notch. We also appreciate the GM bringing us cupcakes - happy birthday to him!

I cannot praise Coughlin auto enough!!!! Don’t question it, go & visit, you aren’t just a customer… you are family!!!! Ask for Dan the man, he’s very kind & his honesty in our purchase was much appreciated, very patient as well! We were greeted with the biggest smile! We took our little 2 month old in & had to stop a couple times to feed him during the process & Dan had no problem with taking a break & continuing once he was done eating! During the meantime we all chatted & got to know one another… it wasn’t like majority of places where they would have been irritated & just got up to go in another room or made you feel like a burden! He took his time & made sure we were satisfied as well as making sure to accommodate to our needs/requests as best as he could! We truly couldn’t have asked

Absolutely not ever again. TLDR: $7,000 carbravo certified vehicle died after less than a month. A ten day, one thousand mile "warranty" that doesn't cover anything is as good as spitting in my face. Of course there will be no problems in that first week, that you'll care about anyways, I was shrugged out of service told "that wouldnt be under the warranty anyways if we did find anything wrong with it" when I asked about a couple of things IMMEDIATELY after purchase. Now, less than a month later, put it in drive, and it dies. Thanks guys. I'll update when I figure it out. Solenoid. $50 part. Would've been noticed if the vehicle had actually been inspected. Screw Coughlin.
