Unfortunately, when I took my vehicle here for a leak, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I provided the location of the failure (which another mechanic diagnosed but simply didn’t have the time to fix, plus they are very far from my home) so there didn’t have to be too much diagnosis or searching around, and I was told that was incorrect and I should either let the car go, or take it to the dealer. The other mechanic made room for me after hours and I drove it up there and got the leak fixed quickly and simply, exactly where that mechanic explained needed to be addressed. I've been going to Coulter Auto body for my vehicle repairs for over 30 yrs. Recently they repaired my son's fender bender. Bernard Jr. Is very professional and knowledgeable. Coulter's has been in the same community for as long as I can remember and was once ran by the late Bernard Sr. Who is so dearly missed. This Black owned family business has been a staple of Germantown, Philadelphia and has done so much for the community. They treat you like family, handle the insurance company securing your estimate, professional pictures and your rental vehicle setup, supplements etc. can leave your luxury or basic vehicle with the same confidence that it will be repaired and you won't be overcharged or overwhelmed with the process..

I have had 2 really wonderful experiences here! Don't be put off by the lack of signage out front, though! It took me a second to find it and I wasn't sure I was in the correct place. They do wonderful work, are efficient, and honest. I am so fortunate to have found Coulter Auto Repairs.
