Country Club at Valley View - 55+ Senior Apartments

Welcome to my review of the Country Club on Valley View. It is a remarkable property. Jenise is the property Manager and Lynn is the Assistant Manager. Norma is the Activities Director. They are loving and giving ladies with hearts full of compassion for every tenant that lives on the property. The entire team are very professional, welcoming, and outstanding when it comes to customer service. They take care everything. Whether its a maintenance request or issue you can be sure it will be done with urgency and expediency. If you need maintenance to fix something in your apartment, guaranteed it will be done correctly the first time. If you’re looking for a friendly and safe community to live at, come to the country club and become part of the family.

I've recently moved to county club at valley view and I have to say that everyone here from the staff to the residents are extremely friendly and helpful, it's also a very quiet place and everything from the landscaping to all of the structures are maintained very well. I had three things that needed attention when I first moved in stove needed a switch replaced, toilet was running, and dishwasher needed to be replaced all three where fixed within the first two weeks after I moved in I am very pleased with country club at valley view and there staff

This is the best place to live. Shilo is a fantastic person in the leasing office. She always helps me and never says she doesn’t have time. I highly recommend her and all personal in this office. I also highly recommend this as a fantastic place to live. I think everyone in the office should be accommodated for how well they treat all of the people who live here. They are by far the most respectful people I know.

Such a welcoming community, Norma specifically is great at organizing events and this is great for seniors as well as their loved ones!

I just love visiting this complex seeing my grandma being apart of the community everyone having a great time at country club and Norma is just awesome she is the best. Very entertaining, engaged and funny person she brought the light every time I came to visit, watching everyone have fun enjoying one another and having a great time.
