Bob and his team did an excellent job mounting and road force balancing all four of my tires. Highly recommend their shop.

My review is very simple. Bob is one of the most fair shop owners I’ve ever met. He went above and beyond for me for my car to diagnose the problem that I had and surprise surprise it was a recall by the manufacturer. He could’ve went and ordered the part, put it in and charge me all that money, but he did not do that. He’s an honest man and honest hard-working Shop owners are hard to come by today. We all know that. He was referred by a couple of friends in the neighborhood that I’m new to and it’s really good to know that I have a shop owner. That’s very trustworthy. I just wanna say to country Road automotive. Thank you so very much for everything you did for me and to Bob. You definitely have a customer for life. Thank you again very much Bob. I appreciate you. I’m basing my review based on a phone conversation with Bob. I was dealing with a potentially very costly repair for my Prius through the dealer. Bob gave me great advice and spent a considerable amount of time talking to me on the phone. He did all this despite knowing that it was unlikely I would actually have the work done. He’s, obviously, a great guy, and I would imagine his work is on the same level. Thank you, Bob, for your patience and wisdom!

Bob is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about anything and everything with cars. He is an honest guy and will tell you exactly what’s going on and what they can do. I don’t know much about cars, but he always outlines everything going on in easy to understand terms. I trust them with my car and making sure I get the best deal!
