Fantastic service!! Country Roads provides exceptional pricing and service to their clientele, all in a very timely manner. I would absolutely recommend their services to friends and family in need of vehicle repairs/new tires etc. Local, home-town service at its best!

Initially took my vehicle to the dealership after 3 days of check engine light.. Dealership told us that there was no check engine light when they checked it out, but gave us a "starting point" on what they could do for several hundred dollars on top of the $165 inspection fee. Check engine light was still there immediately when my daughter picked it up, but she brought it home. I didn't have much confidence the dealership knew what was going on, so I took it to Country Roads ( where I should have gone in the first place). Seth at Country Roads seemed to have a decent idea of the problem and was able to fix it completely for just a little more than the Dealership starting point price. I know next time I have a vehicle issue, I will make Country Roads my first stop.

My wife went to their shop and called me on speaker phone I asked the owner how much it would be to put a starter in my Honda Accord. They quoted me a price of $500. If they buy the part then they told me to bring it to the shop. They had to do a diagnosis, and if I use them to do the work that they wouldn’t charge nothing for the diagnosis after the diagnosis they told me I needed a starter and it would be 750 I complained I said they gave me an estimate of 500 and he said that he didn’t realize until he popped the hood that you had to take the exhaust manifold off to put the starter in. I feel like he had prior knowledge of the mechanics involved to do the job but he played the dumb card I feel as if I was suckered into the diagnostic to put money in his pocket and he has done this in th

Got 4 tires balanced and installed. Everything went well except they never called to let me know that the work was complete. I finally called them and they informed me that the car was already done.

Needed an alignment after buying new rims and tires. They got me in the next day and it was finished by lunchtime. Very polite and it was cheaper than I had expected, which is ALWAYS a plus these days.
