Be cautious if you’re purchasing a used vehicle from them and they try to sell you on the Integrity Warranty company. After doing my research and after 2 denied claims I’m disgusted with paying the $4k for absolutely NOTHING. I’d love my money back.

Our salesman was Mark and he did a great job. We were able to find the truck we wanted on the website. We then called and asked about it. Mark was very informative; answering all our questions. We live three hours away and were looking for specific features: diesel, grill guard, B&W hitch, running boards, long box, crew cab. This truck had it all and was priced well. We asked about trading our classic car and they were open to the trade. Mark even offered to have the truck delivered to us at no additional charge. Again - this is a 3 hour drive each way. Delivery was flawless! We drove the truck about 200 mile when the check engine light came on, followed by a warning that it would go into limp mode. Bought a car here a couple weeks ago. They advertise brand new tires on the vehicle. Within a couple weeks all the tires had split because they installed the wrong tires and won’t return my phone call now. This place is garbage.

My experience with the folks at Country Truck and Auto has been one for the record books. I originally found a 2014 F-150 Platinum on Car Gurus and went up to look at it after work one day. Their dealership is a little far out from my location so I arrived about 30 minutes after they had closed. I was walking around this beautiful truck when all of a sudden a man approaches and open the vehicle for me to inspect. Little did I know at this point his name was Mike and he was the owner. Even though it was after business hours he didn't hesitate to stay late to answer my questions. He invited me back for a test drive once he had the truck cleaned up later that week.
