Today I had the pleasure of meeting Eddie K He called me to let me know he was on his way and the timeframe I even joked about have to go to the bathroom and he stated “my first stop will be a five star bathroom” that made my day better. I have never met a more caring, professional, and sympathetic tow driver such as Eddie, by far the best tow driver ever he told me exactly what was wrong with my car and explained what needs to be done next. I got a flat tire, and called Honda Roadside assistance. Honda told me it would be a 90 minute wait. I only waited about 20 minutes and Eddie showed up. He was very professional, personable, and got my spare tire on quickly and efficiently. Thank you Eddie!!
