Cannot recommend Bubba and his team enough. They are 100% top notch. 1. The car came back looking as good as new. Panel gaps were perfect, paint was matched perfectly. Very reasonable turnaround time as well. 2. Very helpful navigating insurance. As much as a pain as insurance is, they were very open and helpful with me.

This was my first experience with Countyline. I can assure you that if I ever need bodywork done again, this will be where I go. They were professional, efficient, and thorough. Their work was top notch. My van looked like new. I was kept informed of any and all changes and my van was ready when promised. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I’d give more stars if I could.

County Line Collision went above and beyond to make sure our car repair was insured. They fixed the bumper with genuine Toyota parts (they do not use after market parts) and even secured the front bumper that was loose and not related to the accident repair and touched up paint overall for no charge. All work was done on time. The office staff is friendly, caring, and efficient. Overall, outstanding customer service. Thank you, County Line! (BTW, this review was not solicited.)

These guys were worth more than the wait and I can understand why they had such a long queue of customers wanting to work with them. My dealer at BMW and some friends in the industry recommended them (all said not to take a new BMW anywhere else). Bubba handled an issue that arose with the vehicle much more graciously/professionally than I expected. Will continue taking all my vehicles here from now on.

Right on schedule. Answered all my questions promptly and even worked with me on picking up the truck as I currently work out of town. Gave my vehicle a full cleaning, even the interior.12/10 experience.
