Courtesy auto is a fantastic place to go to get your vehicle repaired. I had been fighting a mechanical issue for more than a few months with my 2004 Dodge ram 2500 diesel. I was having Issues with losing power momentarily during acceleration with or without cruise control. I even bought a part off the Internet to fix it. Unfortunately, the part with faulty but I brought my vehicle to Loren and his team. He spent three or four days narrowing the problem down, even though he had a bunch of other work to do. Ultimately, I had to buy a New throttle position sensor assembly. For all the work he did. He was very affordable and professional. I am definitely going back for future repairs.

Screwed my car up! Went in for Cam sensor replacement... Wound up having to replace my timing belt and kit after! Was put in too tight by Lauren at Courtesy and then had to have another (better) mechanic fix the timing and kit. After the cam sensor "fix" my car has not run the same except after I had a good mechanic fix the belt. It still rattles. It never did before I took it to Lauren.... Had it towed to Emmertson Chevy and was told that it needs Chevy says the rattle is Catalytic converter gaskets... How?! Never will I recommend

The name “Courtesy…” does not do this shop justice. They go way above all the rest. They are honest, forthcoming and, you guessed it…, courteous. They do not have a towing service, but our insurance company did- The owner, Loren, personally came to our rescue when we had to stop just before the bridge near this shop. He picked us up because he was worried our “pull over” wasn’t safe. Who does that anymore? He took us to his shop late in his day. His wife, Wendy, helped us obtain a rental car so we could get home-over an hour away. His daughter, Cam, is the mechanic and she is a perfectionist-unheard of in the industry. When the car was fixed, and did I mention…over an hour away…their friend, Dennis, drove our car for detailing and didn’t blink an eye in doing so. This shop…we canno

A family owned and operated mechanic shop that will treat you right! These guys are friendly, honest, patient, and helpful. They by far gave us the most reasonable labor cost on a transmission job. I would highly recommend them and would be happy to go back to them for future cars issues.

They were fantastic with my Ram 1500! Replaced a wheel bearing for me, and waiting for them to open Monday to schedule another appointment with them :) they are so sweet and friendly and super informative and helpful. I really appreciated all their hard work getting my truck fixed up for me, and giving me all the information I needed and answering all my questions. Definitely will be using them going forward, and recommended family to see them as well!!
