My experience here from start to finish was 10 Stars! Adam was friendly and explained what the process was when I brought my car in. Within 30 minutes I received a text with what they found in doing the Inspection. While I was looking it over Bob called me to go over what they found. He did not try to pressure me into doing everything right then. He went over what was needed immediately to get my car running again, and then he told me which things could wait. He also gave me 3 different prices for new tires that I desperately need. He asked questions, and he did not try to get me to buy the most expensive. They tried to blow smoke up my wife’s aśš and say they didn’t have any machines that can take of her tire for a flat repair. Thank God Les Schwab hires confident people and were able to repair her tire with just a regular ole floor jack and the same tire machine Good Year has.
