Just bought my very first car from them! The process was cake! . I called before i came , done everything over the phone. Got approved within 15 mins. I have next to nothing credit bc ive never had anything in my name, be that as it may, didnt need it didnt need a down payment. Had an outstanding guy help us through the process! Robery Harris! Wouldn’t recommend anyone buying a car from here. They are liars and very crooked. I bought a Ford Explorer there, and Mike the salesman told me it was a certified pre-owned vehicle and had went through a 130-point inspection, which neither is true. I called Ford and they told me it was too old to be a certified pre-owned. And there’s also no way that it went through a 130-point inspection because once I got almost home, I noticed that the front tires were bouncing bad and making a loud noise, and also the brakes were real shaky. This was on Saturday. So I called them Monday, and the lady who answers the phones told me my salesman wasn’t there and to call back the next day. Very displeased with this company. They approved me for a car a few months ago and I put $1500 down and since having the car I have had issue after issue. Having to replace BOTH batteries only two months after having it. Brakes were already worn when I got it. My car is now having other issues that started after I got the car. The company is no help and will still charge me to run tests even though I’ve had it less than a year and denied me a trade in a few months back. I wish I could take back getting the car I got.
