Reply to Courtesy's response: Everything in my post was 100% accurate. I have the paperwork to prove it. Yes, somebody damaged the car while it was parked in a parking lot, but.... Geico was never involved. I paid (Overpaid) out of my own pocket and then you did not give me back my deposit. At the time I didn't have the paperwork to prove what I was told about the cost.... But here we are all these years later and I was going through my file cabinet and came across the paperwork that shows what I was quoted (in entirety) so my $200 should have been refunded but you and your company scammed me for it.... and like I said, I was told I was not the only person this happened to.... Needed a rental that could fit 8. Didn't have a major CC either. Courtesy Rent A Car used my DEBIT card when ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR in Merced wouldn't. They accept CASH APP, VENMO, DEBIT and 1 or 2 more options. They make it EASY!!!!!! We were in/out 20 min tops. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to give this place a review because I went to enterprise car rental prior to coming here as I went there they told me on the phone that my deposit would only be $100 and the rental would be 35 a day. I show up to enterprise and they wanted $300 deposit and 46 a day for the car, I called courtesy they had enough Pick me up not only did they pick me up but they got me in my rental for $100 deposit and my rental car is a lot cheaper than $46 a day The woman at the desk,(Lyndsey) and the gentleman that was at the desk Were so professional and so amazing. I was not sure about renting from here as it's not a "brand name place." However, the customer service was excellent and very helpful. They even gave me a ride back to the location where my car being fix. Wonderful rental cars and customer service. I would use them again and recomm them to anyone in need of a rental car.

I was in a bind a few months back and needed a vehicle of 8 passengers for a one day trip and at first I was denied. But when I explained my situation, I was accommodated and in an enormously genuine way. I made my reservation and picked up the vehicle the next day. The vehicle I needed was reserved for the same day I would need to return it, but in the afternoon. I agreed to return it early morning, giving them enough time to clean and get it ready for the next party. The vehicle was in great condition and gave no issues. The employees were of great personalities and very professional and polite. All questions were answered and explained to be understood. Pricing was great for the size, quality and timing of my rental. My vehicle was left overnight in their lot with no issues or damages.
