My two experiences with this shop have not been good. The first experience I had with them was about a year ago when I brought my car in for repairs from a hit and run. Everything seemed fine when I got my car; however, I noticed the next day that the paint on my car chipped in two different spots. I brought my car back to them and a guy with a Russian accent was looking at my car and said it wasn’t from them. I argued with them that it was and they were supposed to contact me back and didn’t. I ended up letting it go thinking that maybe a rock or something chipped the paint. Fast forward to today for my second and last experience with this place. When I went to pick up my car I saw that there was a nail in my tire so I immediately went back inside and said something. I was told to wait ou

They didn't bother to check the wheel alignment on the car after a major accident even though you had to drive with the steering wheel turned off center. When it turns out parts were bent, they were too embarrassed to admit their delinquency and told the insurance company I must have hit a pothole after I picked up the car. So now the insurance company won't cover the repairs.

They did an excellent job and I received frequent updates from Jason, letting me know where they were in the hole repair process. They are an excellent body shop and I highly recommend them!
