Tune up oil change tire rotation and much to my chagrin I needed rear brake pads. They showed me the pads and explained the deterioration. I waited outside, parts delivered quickly and work was completed. Best part was the tutorial I got on a modern day SUV which was so helpful. Thx John!! I was really pleased with the attention to detail.

Cousins is very pleasant to deal with. They send a video to show you what the issues are that need to be done on your car. I feel they are honest and I trust them. We have been a customer for 2 years now. Very happy with them.

Jeff P. This was my first time going to Cousins, and they were great. It was just for an oil change, but they pointed out a couple of things that I needed to get fixed soon. They showed me while my car was on the left, which was quite helpful. They have great communication–there is someone at the desk when you walk in, taking care of all calls and providing information via online resources. I really liked the ability to make appointments online. I'll be going back soon to get some safety repairs done, and also to bring a second vehicle for an oil change and have them look it over.

I had an excellent experience with Cousins Automotive. They did a lot of work on my car but still stuck to the original quote, which was awesome. They even sent me a video showing the damaged parts and explained what needed to be fixed - super helpful! Everyone there was friendly and easy to talk to. The repairs were done quickly and my car is running great. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a trustworthy repair shop!

My first time to hire their service. Staff was very accommodating and patient with my questions. Excellent job and pricing is way better than from the dealership. Will be a regular customer from now on.
