Cousins Towing & Recovery

My car stopped running earlier today and I called Cousins Towing after waiting over an hour for another tow company. I initially talked with Debra and she was very friendly and easy to talk to. She told me that she could have someone there in 20 minutes after giving her my information on my car and my location and in 20 minutes Ray the tow driver was there. He hooked up my car and took me to automotive shop of my choosing. Ray was very courteous and drove me to my destination. Ray then drove me to my residence. Cost was only $125 which I consider very reasonable. Recommend that if anyone needs to have their car towed to call Cousins repeat COUSINS. KUDOS to Cousins. Definitely a good experience under the circumstances. Would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors if circumstances s

So… my Tesla died with 41% battery left and no one could tow it, but Cousins! So grateful for the professionalism, skill, and kindness shown! If I’m ever in the area again, I’d use them!

Had car issues and had to get the car towed. We had a man named Joshua help us and he was absolutely spectacular. Very patience as I personally never dealt with my car needing to be towed before.

I needed a truck picked up from our lot to go to a mechanic, they stated they can only take payment in person at the time of pickup. Offered to pre-pay via an invoice or card and they don’t offer that. They need to definitely get with times or make a payment solution for company who has used them for 8+ years. Will have to look elsewhere for someone that can meet our needs. They were great in the past but maybe something changed. -The Tree Masters

⭐ 1-Star Review Extremely unprofessional! Kevin from American Pride called Cousin Towing for me and said the tow from Newport to Williamsburg should be around $100–$150. When I spoke with the lady there, she quoted $225. I explained what Kevin told me and that I couldn’t afford that much—then a man in the background yelled, “Then you can’t afford to get your truck fixed then!” and hung up on me. I’m a business owner in Newport News and a retired Navy veteran of 20 years, and I will not recommend this company to anyone. No customer deserves to be treated that way.
