I had an amazing experience with Noah❤️! I usually go to Toyota to get my services done. Lately prices are getting so expensive for old (2013 lexus ct200h 150K) car. I asked around a good car guy for Japanese car and recommended by a friend and came to check it out. Price was very good and very trust worthy man. Noah diagnosed my car and quoted for what work needs to be done, nothing more or less😍! I am so happy that found him🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻! He is very knowledgeable and fast, good communication. Most importantly No BS like Toyota or Lexus mechanics😅! Thank you🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻!

I am so grateful I found this shop! The two young men who own and run it are not only professional and knowledgeable but genuinely kind and trustworthy. When your car breaks down, it’s such a stressful and uncertain time. Every time I’ve brought my vehicles to the Cousins, they’ve treated me with compassion, patience, and respect. They take the time to explain everything clearly, help me prioritize the most urgent repairs, and are always fair and honest with their pricing. It’s rare to find that kind of integrity these days. For the first time, I took my car for service at this new automotive company near Lakeside Park and the customer service was excellent! Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very knowledgeable and they answered my questions with confidence. Scheduling my appointment was quick, easy and I received text reminders leading up to my appointment date, which was great. The cost was very affordable and they got the work done pretty quickly. I would highly recommend Cousin’s Wrenches for your automotive needs! I will definitely bring my vehicle back for service and maintenance.

I had my first visit since the new ownership change and the new owner is just as phenomenal as the old one. He made time for my car the same day and had it done the next. I had to get my cars rack & pinion fixed which i’ve been told is a difficult part to replace by others around me. He was very thorough and relayed information to me in a way I could easily understand (I am not at all a car person). Although I didn’t end up utilizing the payment plan options it is nice to know that it’s an option. I will 100% be bringing my car back this shop for any needs that it has.

Noah at Cousin's Wrenches did a great job fixing my 2004 Honda Accord last week. I've been having ongoing issues with my car, for a few weeks. I had Noah check the battery, but it was fine. After a week of the issue getting worse Noah diagnosed it as the starter and fixed it in one day, for much less than I expected, which is always a big win! The texting and email system, which includes the estimate and your receipt upon the completion of work, makes communication a breeze. I'm thrilled to say that Noah and Cousin's Wrenches will not disappoint. Please give them your business if considering doing so. I'll be continuing to spread the word about their good work.
