Upon arrival at their shop they quickly in-processed, evaluated and diagnosed the issues with my vehicle. Within a very short period of time they contacted me to let me know what the underlying issues were, recommended solutions and provided an estimate for the work, as well as a timeline for completion. They were extremely communicative throughout the repair process, and they were true to the repair estimates that they provided at the outset. Coventry provided excellent service on my 13-year-old Prius (first appointment there after years of service elsewhere). High marks, too, for communication (listening as well as describing what work needed to be done and, in a surprise, what work did NOT need to be done). Repairs included work on the steering mechanism, so the car no longer pulls to the right, especially noticeable driving into the garage. (Years of maintenance at another business had not addressed the problem. I had become so accustomed to it that I didn't even mention it to Coventry; instead, they identified it on a test drive.)
