Covington Automotive Repair Service

I think the guy at the front desk customer service was excellent. But everything l wanted repaired on my truck was not addressed. I spent 2000 cash money for Resolution I was unable to receive what I needed done to my Truck at Covington Automotive. I went back to this shop at least four times for the same issues.l am Totally disappointed with Covington Automotive. I have all the receipts for all the Misdiagnosed issues.l had to take my truck to Alpha Automotive in Locust Grove GA to get my truck repaired Correctly. I don't know who owns this shop but I would really like to have a conversation with the owner about my experience.

A big SHOUT-OUT to Covington Automotive Repair on Washington Street. I've requested their service twice.The 1st time was for a transmission and the 2nd was for a throttle body repair. Needless to say they came through each time. Although I had to take my vehicle back due to a simple mishap but they corrected it without any hesitation and and an apology. Which I appreciated it VERY much. COVINGTON AUTOMOTIVE CREW THANK YOU!!!

Coolant fan coming on with car off and clicking noise with recirculation air. Filled out overnight ticket with $500 limit approval to fix.. they called the next evening. $1500 or so.. needed entire fan assembly and not sure what was making the noise, but would have to tear down to look in blower.. i declined service.. that diagnostic cost me $250.. the clicking noise is an acuator.. the fan control module i bought for $30, acuator another $45.. CARS has gotten too exspensive for me..they did offer to credit me the $60 they charged for a diagnostics for the blower, which i didnt want a check and dont want store credit..

I spent $1500+ in a different auto repair shop in Covington, Ga. to get my AC repaired on my Mazda Miata last July and it is not working 10 months later. This July I took it to Covington Automotive Repair service and they repaired it for $129 plus a $4 part. It's blowing cold now and I am very pleased with their work.

Came in with my Husband to get my oil filter cap off after it had been stripped and was seemingly stuck. I was charged an extremely reasonable price for labor compared to the other shops around Covington (I had my own part). The work was finished within 10-15 minutes without breaking the entire housing which would've taken the price over $1000. Real pro's in my book who are CONFIDENT in their work. Finally, Ryan provides the best convo comfort while you're waiting. Down to earth people, reasonable prices, and quick work. You can't beat it! Found our new repair shop. Thank you guys so much!
