Covington Car Care - Service Center

I normally don’t write reviews. Jeff was absolutely awesome to work with. He was very thorough. He always called to let me know if something was going to change and make sure I was ok with it. That speaks volume. Having a 2005 H2 Hummer. You’re gonna have Quirks and twerk’s. Ha. I highly recommend them. They are about helping the community!!

Absolute 5 star experience….they were able to get me in quickly when every other shop I called had a wait list or was closed, and they fixed the issue quickly. Also, happy to have a fellow former Rockingham friend in the area, glad y’all are here now! Y’all give these guys a call with any issues, they are fast, friendly, easy to find location and most importantly, they do good work!

Could not be more grateful for these guys!! My check engine light came on and of course I panic and since I drive to Roanoke for work that was making it even worse! But thankfully they were able to squeeze me in and out within the hour and with a great price!! Definitely recommend coming here for great service!!

This stretch of I-64 must be notorious for killing alternaors. Like another reviewer, mine also gave out just before exit 14. On a Sunday, of course. I was able to purchase one on Sunday, but had to spend the night in Covington. They took my truck first thing Monday morning and we were back on the road by 8:30 am!

Covington Car Care auto service is my go to place for any service needed on my vehicles. They are prompt professional and reliable. This is the second vehicle I’ve taken there for new tires and other needs. Unbelievable quality of products and service. Clean facility and excellent customer service. They also do inspections. Great one stop with full service. Thanks guys!!!
