This was from a purchase two days before Christmas. Walked in looking for the Kayo 4 wheelers. Was quickly greeted by General Sales Manager Raf Diaz. They were shorthanded that day and I could tell everyone was busy. Told him I wanted to buy a 4 wheeler for kids Christmas but with 3 kids I would possibly buy more if price was right. He worked me up a price for 2 four wheelers and a pit bike, after 2 minutes of negotiating he gave me a deal I couldn’t refuse. Sold. He personally walked me around to the parts dept, and service dept and introduced me to his staff. All very professional and gave me some tips on maintenance. Finance department was quick and easy (I paid cash) and I loved giving some petting to her fur baby. Some of the best service I’ve had in years. Good job Cowboy Powersports

Let's start with the sales department, after I send pictures of my trade in with my title, they call me asking for something, after I call the bank and they approve me, they where to busy to call me , so I have to wait another day, when I got to the dealership, they show me the paperwork they told me that with my trade in and $500.00 down my payment will be for 84 month $415.00' I told them I want to add $2500. More so my payment went down to $376.00 Now let's go the the finance, I explain the changes in payment, so I ask if I was correct, he told yaaa, then is more concern about my looks and how old I look and how good looking he is, and when i didnt want the additional coverage on my motorcycle after he keep pushing it to me and I keep saying no, he got annoyed and went I look at my

Today I brought My 2004 Honda CBR 1000 RR to you guys to get it fixed because I was having a stuttering problem and without a doubt Mr. Ryan at the service desk was very helpful very informative and very patient with me when it came to getting my bike fixed and resolved. He Gave me information on parts that I needed told me prices for labor and also fix my situation with my bike. I give them 10 out of 10 for their services. I will recommend them to anyone. I drove from Lake Charles Louisiana for their business. They will continue to get my business on anything that has to do with my motorcycle. I was very satisfied.
