I had the worst experience with this company. I purchased an engine through their eBay store that was advertised as “tested” with 63,000 miles. After paying $1,437 for the engine, plus $527 shipping (charged outside eBay), and $878 for professional installation, the engine turned out to be completely defective. My mechanic found extreme carbon buildup inside the engine, proving it was worn out and not at all as described. The seller refused to take responsibility, leaving me with a useless engine and thousands of dollars lost. This is dishonest and unacceptable. If you value your money and peace of mind, stay away from Cox Used Auto Parts. They sell junk and don’t stand behind their products.

Traveling two and half hours to grab a engine. The people are great Tammy was wonderful she had it ready for the trip. The yard man had it packaged it perfectly to keep the rain out and helped me secure it in the rain.the prices are great no broken parts nothing cut no grease and very low miles. Installed it and it sounds beautiful. They have a new customer.

Total scam!!! Stay away from these people they operate under different names on eBay and they sell broken parts, I ordered an engine from them and they just stopped answering after receiving the payment, they also avoid EBay fees by telling customers to pay through PayPal, please avoid them, im doing a police report now

Got a used Honda Rim from Cox. They worked with me to make sure I got the right rim. Paid a fair price. Very satisfied!

Grew up in the neighborhood. Been running to yards looking for a rim so I don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars. My Dad said stop by and ask Cox. I walked in and was treated like family and they had what I needed. Highly recommended!
