Every visit here has been pleasant and easy. The service team is professional and friendly to interact with, and they have been able to help contain my maintenance cost very well in these challenging times. Cox is a credit to the car industry, and I’m happy they are my shop :)

Screen on my CX-5 has been malfunctioning since I bought it. I have taken it to Cox about 5 times now and it has been replaced 2 times. The other times they have said that they can't recreate the issue. Now the screen is just rebooting whenever it wants (ending my calls or navigation, then restarting and rebooting again in 2 to 3 minutes.) I took it in last night for a 7:15am service today. At around 12pm I got a call stating that they could not recreate the issue with the screen, but they have found about $2500 in other issues that need fixed.... including that they added 4 quarts of oil to my engine since the oil as non existent as was about to blow up. It was 4 o’clock on May 2, 2024. So thank you Cox Mazda for taking me. I have been dealing with a “thumping” noise from the back bumper area for over a year. I had a hitch installed by U-Haul around that time. I am preparing for a trip and tried to fix it myself to no avail (duct tape, wire ties, super glue 😜). I brought it to my favorite mechanic shop and they couldn’t take me until days later. I know dealerships are more expensive but I also thought more knowledgeable. There was a nice woman who listened to me explain the issue and she tried to solve it.
