Highway robbery at its best. Kinda broke down Sunday afternoon and they charged me $1300 to tow my vehicle and small utility trailer 116 miles. I almost needed CPR ! I’d say they were prompt after I accepted paying their outrageous rate. Didn’t have many other options and they had me by the seat of my pants. The first place I called didn’t care to help me. $600-800 would have been reasonable the way I see it. Their driver was cool and I enjoyed his company. I gave him a tip because it wasn’t his fault they overcharged me. I’ll be getting AAA.
CPR Towing was a lifesaver when our truck wouldn’t start. The team was friendly from the first call, quick to respond, and clearly experienced in handling big vehicles like ours. They made a stressful situation so much easier with their helpful attitude and professional service. Highly recommend!
My daughter wrecked my car, she is okay but I only had a limited time between work and finding a ride to go get all my things before the insurance company picks it up Monday. They were quick to respond and so patient with us. Even opened their gate today when they are closed. It really means a lot when you are going through a hard time. Highly recommend
My car broke down and was towed by CPR Although not an ideal situation for us, CPR was kind and responsive from the beginning to the end. I spoke with Jen directly and she was awesome!
My son was in a bad accident. He wasn’t injured, but the car was severely damaged and unable to be driven. So I was all shaken up, so i went to get my son, and we talked a few did some things and I called Cpr Towing. They were there within 30 minutes. And we were on a highway, with nothing around us. On the phone when I called she made me feel safe and answered some questions that I didn’t really know. She explained things very well. Once the tow truck driver got there he was so sweet, he gave us his card, explained where the car was going to be. Then he told us we can go, which I thought we would be there forever but we were not. We were gone within 10 minutes after he got there. He made sure I got onto the highway and that we were OK. I highly recommend CPR Towing
