CR2 Collision Repair Center

If I could give this place zero stars I would! This place has had four months to finish a car that was supposed to take one week with simple repairs. They have been giving my son the runaround the entire almost five months. Every single time we have tried to get the car out of the shop Alex has given us some lame excuse about why he can’t get it out of the shop. Mostly due to his extreme disorganization problem. He has sublet all the work out to other shops without my son’s permission and will not give us the location of the car. Do not take your car to the shop as it will not be staying at this location while the work is being done. And make sure to get a written contract from the owner on all agreements before any work is done. Also, never pay him up front, he will drag out everything! Y

Professional shop with quality work. They take their time to do things right, not rushed. Honest service, good communication, and excellent results.

Alex is very helpful and reassuring. He helped me with a job that seemed impossible but staff went above and beyond with it. Very professional and very convenient with timing and payment.

Lies and lies. Owns a shop but transfer work out. Cant get answers. Not professional enough to communicate status or location of of vehicle. No respect for military service either. Would never recommend or do business with!

I had a good experience with CR2 Collision Center. The team was professional and the repair was done in a reasonable time. One small detail needed to be adjusted after the repair, but they honored their warranty and fixed it without any problem. In the end everything looked great. I appreciate their customer service and responsibility.
