Although he was not on site at the time, he responded immediately to my call and arrived within five minutes. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the service. I had a great experience with this rim shop. The staff was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful from start to finish. They took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and showed me that the issue was with my tire—not my rim—which I truly appreciated. It’s refreshing to receive honest service without feeling pressured or misled. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Great work done by this business. I was referred by my new tire guy and I'm glad that I was. I got there about 30 minutes prior to closing time. Mr. Cofield took care of me and didn't rush the repair job. He's very friendly, efficient and the price is fair. Mr. Cofield repaired two hairline cracks in my rim. Thank you very much for being one of the honest businesses still around locally.
The Owner, his team these guys are very professional and their service is truly Amazing!!! I had a vibration and cracks in (2) of my rims was losing air psi and bends, they serviced all 4, the car runs super smooth now!!! I Highly recommend anyone with tire issues to shop no further….
