I brought my new audi to craft detailing to have the windows tinted and opticoat technology applied to protect thei finish on my car. Not only is the customer service top notch, Kevin and his team paid attention to every detail. Highly recommend!!

I had an amazing experience with Lia and Kevin at this shop. Lia was incredible to work with as she was always accommodating with drop-off and pick-up times that fit my schedule, which made the whole process effortless. Kevin, the owner, was extremely responsive and made sure everything was handled perfectly from start to finish keeping me updated. I brought in my 2025 X5M for a full PPF, and the quality of the work was outstanding. The attention to detail really shows, and the car looks phenomenal. I just had my new to me car (MY 2019) wrapped in ppf and had them apply opti-coat pro + ceramic coating. Unfortunately the car already had a few minor paint chips which I was willing to live with. My goal here was to have a glossy looking vehicle, easy to keep clean and prevent further damage to the paint with the xpel ppf. The vehicle was involved in a minor accident four years ago to the rear. Between the previous owner not knowing how to take care of the paint and the body shops subpar work, the clear coat was marred up and there were scratches everywhere.
