Been a long time craft guy, first time to hit this spot in Woburn, in and out in 2 hours by one guy is truly amazing. I have a great experience with Shawn for bringing back to the shine to my daily. They have a wait area on the 2nd floor with WiFi. It makes the waiting painless. Definitely recommend this location.
I had a great experience with Craft Detailing. I got new ppf and a ceramic coating and they did a fantastic job. I had some issues with my paint and they were quick to offer solutions. I would recommend them to anyone looking to protect their car!
Have taken 2 cars to Craft Detailing for paint correction, PPF, and multiple washes... they are simply the best. Friendly, efficient, and passionate about cars. Cannot say enough good things about this team. If you are a little crazy about your car, and/or a little skeptical about who you trust to work on it... go look at their instagram page and the results will speak for themselves. Woburn location or Dedham location, it doesn't matter.. they're the best in the area. Happy they have a new location (more options to get a last minute wash!), but I'd drive across the state for this level of detail (plus the cool people that do the work).
Very concerned about their customers opinions, did a wonderful job! Employees were all respectful and polite. They definitely knew their stuff. I would recommend them and go use them again for my other cars?
I brought my 2020 Jaguar F Type R in to get stealth PPF as well as ceramic coating on top as well as on the wheels. I was given an estimate of completion of a week. But the job was completed in just 3 days! The PPF and ceramic coating job left me speechless! They really pay attention to every detail. I appreciate Kevin making this such a smooth process from start to finish and keeping me updated. It was very easy to work with him. He was able to answer any/all of my questions within a few minutes. I would highly recommend Craft Detailing for any PPF, detailing, window tinting, or ceramic coating work! I will 100% be returning!
