Update: Reach out anyone, I have video to prove it all, off my dash camera. Also, took to Kia and they said the car had been submitted by the dealership due to the same issues for warranty claim. They were denied. They had reported the same warning light and code. I have the information from the dealer. Had to have the engine replaced! You can't just say "That was false". Buyer beware!

Spoke to woman about car for sale on FB marketplace. The post did not indicate they are a dealership. 🚩 Asked about maintenance records of vehicle. She said they have no records.🚩 I asked if I could take vehicle to service shop to place up on rack for inspection. She stated no because they have their own mechanics who inspect them.🚩 Shady business and thank goodness I have avoided this place. 🚫
