My experience here was excellent! I had my car back in 5 days as promised, and the quality of the repair was perfect! Accidents are always poorly timed, but these pros made the situation much easier to handle. Amazing customer service and quick turnaround are always rewarding to experience.

I would strongly advise against using this collision center. I brought my vehicle here twice in July for two separate repair incidents, and both times the work was incomplete and poorly finished. There were unresolved issues left unaddressed, visible overspray, and now—at the very first visit to another shop after getting my car back—it was discovered that multiple parts were never reinstalled at all. This is not a minor oversight. Missing components were only revealed because another professional inspected the vehicle, which raises serious concerns about the quality control and safety of the repairs performed here. I unfortunately was in an accident and had front and rear damage to my brand new vehicle. Luckily my insurance referred me to Crash champions where I met Gilbert who helped me through this progress. I’m happy to say my car looks good as new thanks to the beautiful job they did repairing it. Definitely would recommend this shop if you are looking for one to get the job done right!

I am satisfied with their customer service and the results of my vehicle. Rocky and Alina are super helpful and made the process as smooth as it can be. There was a bit of a delay, but I didn’t mind since they kept me updated and did a great job on my vehicle. I will highly recommend, especially if you get helped by Rocky and Alina!

This place sucks. Baited me into their shop with a cheap estimate, the repair ended up being twice as much as expected and took twice as long to complete as expected. There was no communication as to why it took so long. After getting my car back, I've had issues come up related to the incident that originally brought me to the shop. They said they would not give attention to the issues even though they did not address them in the first place. I've never written a review before but this place blows.
