I used to love them when they were Service King. Whenever something happened to my car they were honest and communicated efficiently and did a wonderful job. This last experience was honestly the most disappointing and if I can avoid it…. I don’t want to comeback again like ever. They took forever wasn’t communicating as efficiently nor effectively when they knew things were behind. I had to call several times because they would give me one deadline and not follow through. Kept my car so long it maxed out my insurance rental pay out all for them to give me back my car with the lugs missing off the tires , the brand new $700 tires I requested to make full see not put on my car, a sensor unplugged and ultimately with my axle that was already broke when I brought it in still broke and unsa

Amazing since day 1! I was in need of a repair shop while moving here to SA and they were recommended to me so I took my vehicle here! They were very consistent in communicating, very knowledgeable of their expertise, answered any and all questions I had, and provided excellent customer service. Dealing with car repairs is never something anyone looks forward to, but Crash Champions truly made this experience a great one. Ana at the front desk was incredibly sweet, personable, and made sure I felt taken care of from the moment I walked in. Robert was absolutely amazing. He kept me updated day-to-day, was kind, patient, and extremely understanding of my very tight work schedule with limited days off. He and his team went above and beyond to get everything done as quickly as possible, which I am so grateful for. This team genuinely turned a stressful and frustrating situation into a much better experience. I couldn’t be more thankful.

The employees at Crash Champions did a great job of keeping me updated when my vehicle would be ready. Specific instructions s were given on the care of my vehicle. The staff at Crash Champions, Robert were kind, courteous & professional.

This company is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I brought my car in for repairs and had Richard as my service advisor. Instead of providing updates, he became aggressive, threatened me, and told me off simply because I asked about the status of my vehicle. On top of that, the woman at the front desk was consistently rude, unhelpful, and more interested in texting on her phone than assisting customers. When she did answer calls, her attitude was hostile, making the experience even worse. I have never had such a terrible customer service experience and would strongly caution others against bringing their vehicle here.
