I had an excellent experience at this body shop. My service advisor Catherine, was absolutely amazing.she was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. She took the time to explain every step of the repair process and kept me informed from start to finish. The front staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit smooth and easy. I really appreciate the care and attention to detail that Catherine provided. I would highly recommend this shop and especially Catherine for anyone needing quality auto body service!

Update: They did not replace all the decals on my car and have not responded to any inquiries or reviews. They claim they have a warranty that sets them apart from other body shops, but they actually cause damage and return your vehicle with missing parts. I have added photos and will send video of the smoking and broken battery and missing piece to Dewey again. I took my car to the shop for a vandalism claim - it was keyed on the passenger side and hood. My car was returned to me and would not start.  The battery casing was bent, and it was leaking fluid and smoking. The shop was closed and I was stranded with nobody to compensate me or correct the issue.  I was told that the tech would give me a jump and follow me to Advanced Auto Parts out of the goodness of his heart because he felt
