Crash Champions Collision Repair Baltimore

I was hesitant to select a shop recommended by my Insurance company but I took a chance because the reviews were good and it is close to home. They exceeded my expectations! They are very professional and they do excellent work. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My repair technician was respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. Overall a great establishment.

I am very pleased that my auto insurance company referred me to Crash Champions as part of their network affiliates. They did an excellent job repairing my car. They even buffed out another area that was lightly scuffed that was not part of the original estimate. They cleaned the interior of the car too. I would definitely refer anyone to use them.

It's important for folks to know that this shop only has a mechanic come a couple of times a week and then the mechanic and shop employees don't always communicate well, because I was told they're waiting to hear from the mechanic as to the next steps. I frequently had to call them to get any update and even then was told someone would call me back and then I wouldn't hear from them. Also, one of the reasons my car was there was to have a shattered window fixed and they didn't even bother to vaccuum the rest of the glass shards from the car (they only did the drivers side seat) the back seat and floor, cupholder, door, and front seat floors all still had glass, and I even got a piece of glass wedged in my thumb when I put my hand on the inside of the door. Overall, poor communication, too

Before you drop your car here, please beware that you might receive your car with additional damage and missing items. Upon viewing my vehicle on January 27, 2026 (almost a month after I dropped the car off), which was left at the shop on December 31, 2025 for purposes of repairing a damaged driver side door, I noticed damage upon the interior of the vehicle. Although they fixed the original damage, I am very disappointed by the lack of security and what would seem to be a lack of respect for customers property. Upon opening the driver side door to ensure that the repairs were properly done to the vehicle, I noticed that all my paper documents, and quite frankly, everything I had in the car was either thrown on the passenger side floor and seat, or completely missing from the vehicle. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. WIll recommed with highest regard. Vehicle looked like when I first purchased. I also love the fact that they have a in-house Enterprise Rental desk and you can drop off your vehicle and have another waiting on you so you can continue with your day.
