Crash Champions Collision Repair Batavia

I brought my car in for repairs after being rear ended (see pictures). After reading reviews I did get a little nervous, but was pleasantly pleased with the work and efficiency. In a perfect world I’m sure crash champions would repair my car in a day, maybe hours, but it’s easy to forget that parts need to be shipped and perfected. However, I was one of the unfortunate victims of a hailstorm, and my car suffered some heavy damage while at the shop. I was frustrated initially, but what can I do. I did appreciate Erik letting me know and assuring that his team will work efficiently on repairing my car. My timeline: Brought my car in 5/27 or 28th Anticipated delivery; 6/13 Got a call 6/12 about hail damaged, Car was anticipated to be done by 6/18 and was completed 6/17 Overall, I had a gre

They did an amazing job repairing my new vehicle after I was rear ended. They were communicative, on time with the repairs, and my car came back to me much cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. I’d highly recommend this shop (and it’s especially convenient it’s located right next to enterprise rent a car!)

STAY AWAY!!!!! Brought car here based on insurance company's recommendation. They had my car for over a month. Told me multiple times it would be repaired. Then told me they were waiting on a parts after three weeks. Bad communication. If i needed an update i had to reach out. Drove past everyday on my way home from work. Car never moved. Until i complained then they parked it inside of the firestone Nextdoor so i could see it anymore. After 27 days I started to pay out of pocket for my rental car. Had to return the car i had and get a different one from them. The only had one car for me and the plates were expired. Manager kept promising they were just waiting on one part and the. Absolutely the best body shop I’ve ever used. They make sure they do their job right even if it means taking a little longer. We had a small two day delay because of not getting parts in but awesome!
