Crash Champions Collision Repair Bell

Had to have my front end repaired from an accident. Great service from start to finish. They keep you updated often during the repair process. The car looks great and so happy to have her back. I would recommend them.

5 stars ONLY TO JUSTIN. 1 star to Crash Champions. Justin was absolutely magnificent. I had countless issues here, and Justin was the only one who took care of me. He went out of his way to take care of me, he enjoys his job and you can tell. He’s always in a good mood and he will fix his managers repeated mistakes. Ironically enough, I would return as long as Justin handles my car and I again, and as long as he’s the ONLY one who handles it. Crash champions has already heard my complaints, I want to focus on how great Justin is. Thank you again Justin!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My car was fixed in two weeks. My service from this location on E. Bell was amazing. They were polite from day one and did everything to make the experience as painless as possible. My technician kept up to date with me on cost and parts, working hard to find parts that were more cost effective, considering I was paying out of pocket. Cassy at the front desk was sweet and answered all my questions and the gentleman who dropped off my car because we we too sick to pick it up were very nice as well. God forbid I need to get my car done again but if I did I would definitely go here.

I took my car in for an estimate. I was told my car was a total loss by my insurance company and was told to go to the Crash Champion repair shop on Bell Rd to pick up my personal belongings. Two days later, I called Crash Champions to confirm this information and their staff member Jaime told me I could stop by anytime. Found out later that day that my car had been transported off the premises and that no one on the Crash Champions staff knew where it was now. The staff confirmed that Jaime, the same employee who I spoke with on the phone, had given the green light for another company to take the car away. I would not recommend this company or any of its associates.

Crash Champions did an amazing job on my 2012 Dodge avenger! Taco the technician even cleaned up some areas on the car and made it look really good and I am more than satisfied. Andy & Michael helped me out with the repairs on my vehicle and I now have a contact that can always help me with questions If I have any. Thank you Team!
