Great experience. Vehicle was repaired quickly and efficiently. Customer service was great., attentive, and caring. Repair time was exactly what Crash Champions promised.

Omg ! I don’t even know where to start with crash champions , they are so great they were so helpful answered all my questions , fixed my car but not only that they washed and vacuumed it , my baby is back to her self and I’m in love ! They even took care of my rental car that I had they are fantastic, everyone is nice and lovely ! Receptionists are so welcoming and very helpful !

I went for an estimate 9/30/25 (self/cash pay). Anthony helped me out with estimate. Called next day to proceed, and I was told he called out. I called today 10/01/25 was left on hold all 3 times I called for over 20min. By the 4th call I was told anthony no longer works there. What a joke of a place.

There were parts of the car that weren't put back together the correct way. Went back multiple times after they called to say they completed the job but they never finished. The car was there for over 70 days! It's still not done! I took it back after speaking with insurance. I'm taking it to dealer to correct the horrible job Service King did and to repair what they couldn't finish. Also, they lost the rear license plate, registration and vehicle manual. I will never return to this place or recommend their service. From the moment I walked in the door I was rudely greeted. I allowed them to fix my car and had to take it back the day after because my car wouldn’t start and I was stuck in a drive thru. Manny communicated to me that he would handle my rental car fee as it was their fault and here we are a year later and I am now on the do not rent list at enterprise because of crash champion lying. I’ve called several times and have made several attempts to have this matter resolved and here we are today where I need to rent a car again and I’m still on the do not rent list and Crash Champion is avoiding me. I’ve called and left voicemails and spoken to many “general managers” and nothing. Ridiculous on so many levels.
