The experience here was beyond helpful. The front receptionist got me on the schedule quickly. The estimator Chelsey was very courteous, got my work done in a timely manner and was beyond my expectations. I applaud the great work done as I am very particular and noticed the gentleman doing the bodywork did exceptional. My paint work was flawless so I know that they have a talented paint team that do amazing work. Thank you again to the best team in the Dallas Ft Worth metroplex. Long story short, I originally dropped my truck off here for frame damage, but this location didn’t have the staff or equipment to handle it. They had my vehicle towed to another shop that could do the work. While the frame was replaced there, a lot was left unfinished — bent wheels, incomplete body repairs, and no alignment. I called and spoke with Steven about my concerns, and he immediately told me to bring the truck back in. Steven really took the time to listen and made my truck a priority. He sent my wheels out to be repaired, finished the bodywork the other shop left incomplete, and even noticed the alignment hadn’t been done — so he took care of that, too. Stephanie and Steven did a great job communicating with me throughout the entire process of my car repairs. My car was involved in a hit-and-run while parked on the street. They made sure things were taken care of accordingly and in a timely manner.

I was in a car accident, that’s why I needed repairs to my vehicle. With that said, I wish the staff that contacted me was kind. But they weren’t. Upon my initial contact with Stephanie Alba, I was I formed I needed to sign a work authorization form, no problem. But I saw that it only included the front bumper not the back. I said I need the back bumper to be included and she got upset about it and said no this is what we’re going to do and told me I needed to sign the authorization form, now. She contacted my insurance company and said that I refused to sign the work authorization. That was very immature and I was very upset that I had to explain to my insurance agent what my issue was and my agent agreed to contact her to take care of it. I was rear ended in early May, called Farmers my insurance agent and started claim as neither of the men that hit had insurance. Deena the claims agent took great care of me.
