Superb customer service with the ladies here. Updates were timely and staff was considerate. They didnt become detectives for the insurance company which felt awrsome. Work was like new and defect free.

They explained what the process would be, reassured me their attention to details, gave me contact information, and kept me updated at all times. Extremely disappointed with Crash Champions in San Jose. I brought my car here after my insurance (State Farm) recommended them, following an accident that damaged my bumper. When I dropped off my car, I clearly asked them to call me and go over everything before starting any work. They never contacted me or gave me an update — they just started working without my authorization. They fixed only the bumper and charged my insurance around $4,000, but the car is still not drivable because of a transmission issue that they already knew about and never told me. I’ve been calling and leaving messages for weeks, and they don’t answer or call back. When I finally reached them through my insurance, the person on the phone was rude and unhelpful.
