⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Experience at Crash Championship – Casa Grande I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel this one is necessary. My experience here was far from positive. The pricing was very expensive, especially considering the quality of work I received. My headlights was installed incorrectly, which caused even more issues down the road. To make things worse, I later found out my subframe was bent, and I was never notified by the shop—something that should absolutely be communicated to the customer right away. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and let down. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience. I hope they improve their transparency and quality of work moving forward.

They did an AMAZING job! A part on my jeep wrangler got torn off when I got into an accident. But they went above and beyond to fix it! They removed and reinstalled it, painted it, even detailed my car and fixed things I didn’t know needed fixing!:)) Kaylee was very helpful and nice each time I came in, they all seemed like they cared and made me feel better about my car! Thank you guys for bringing her home!:)💕

Jesse did a wonderful job on my Camry! He gave me the best quote out of 2 other shops I went to. He let me know how my car was doing along the way with text message updates and they actually finished it very quickly! He was so nice and very detailed and even fixed something completely separate for free. I appreciate everything Jesse and his team did for me , I couldn’t be happier! My car looks brand new now. Greg and everyone at Crash Champions in Casa Grande, AZ have taken great care of my vehicle. I have only liability insurance and had to pay out of pocket on my 2008 Chevy Trailblazer. My wife hit a cow on the passenger front side of my vehicle. Greg was understandable in our situation and gave us comfort and even helped us out at a great price. They called me multiple times on the status of my repair and kept in touch with me on the progress of my vehicle. Crash Champions finished my repair within 3 days! I had come to get a quote on a repair. Someone had hit my car while I was in a parking lot and my bumper had popped up on the corner. Jesse, was able to take my car back and secure my bumper back in place seamlessly.
