My wife and I are from Colorado and traveled to Illinois for my father's funeral. The day after his service a deer hit the right quarter panel of her 2025 Santa Fe Hyundai (3 mo old). Our insurance company (USAA) Suggested Crash collision because they've used them in the past. Faith, Trevor, Erin, and others gave 120%. From giving condolences of the passing of my father, to asking and caring about the passengers in the car of the deer incident, to researching multiple car transport companies to get our car from Illinois to Colorado because they heard me speak on an upcoming surgery and couldn't drive. These guys are first class. I initially went to these guys for a misaligned door on my Transit 150. The wind caught it and bent the hinges a little so the door no longer closed quite right. The service representative did a walk around to investigate the issue. He asked for my keys and he said he would be right back. I was a bit perplexed at the promptness of the request, but went along with it. To my amazement, he came back in about 10 minutes with a fixed door. I asked to settle up and he said I didn’t owe him anything. A few years later my daughter wiped the side of the van along a basketball hoop (poll). Needless to say I took it back to them. They did an excellent job with the fix. On top of that they completely detailed the inside of the van. They did such a great job.

Trevor Brown was extremely helpful in getting my car diagnostics done to make sure everything was running properly. He also recommended a reliable mechanic to inspect the body of the car and replace my tie rods. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and they provided exceptional value for the price. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism throughout the process. I would gladly recommend this business to others and will confidently return for future services

They did a beautiful job repairing my car after a wreck. I couldn’t even tell anything happened! Tony is the best! He went above and beyond for me in terms of working with insurance, getting me a rental car, and getting my car back to me in time before I left for the summer! Made the whole process as low stress as possible! They were always polite and helpful whenever I called as well. Couldn’t recommend these guys more!

This location of Crash Champions is the absolute best! I just had my second repair done by them! The first time, I had an unfortunate accident and Faith and the entire team helped me completely through it. This next time, I got a crack in my windshield and Crash Champions was my first call. Everyone remembered my car and Faith, Aleks and Cam were all amazing. They even arranged the glass guy to come to my work 15 miles away! Absolutely wonderful customer service, I will refer ANYONE AND EVERYONE to them! :)
