This wouldn't be the 1st place I'd recommend. I found their automated texts (vs. their personalized text updates) to be confusing if not downright frustrating. Just give me the personalized ones so you're not contradicting the automated ones that suggest your vehicle will be ready soon, only to be followed up shortly thereafter by a personalized text throwing your repair end date even further out. They lost, yes lost, the spring that went inside my gas tank lid, so after all the wait and delays, I had to bring my vehicle back there again. The women working here seemed apathetic and rude. Called for a self-pay quote on my vehicle that had been deemed a total loss by my insurance company. The insurance company returned my vehicle and cut me a check for repair. The vehicle is mechanically sound and drives fine. It has relatively heavy cosmetic damage that, once repaired, will be worth $5-6,000. However, they would not even schedule an appointment to look at the vehicle. Thanks for making me feel like a delinquent.

Very unprofessional My friend came here to get repairs done to her car and when she returned to get it was ransacked and her gun was stole out her vehicle which she left in her trunk. No breaks ins on the lot no nothing just gone. Of course the business did absolutely nothing when the workers of this establishment are the ones who have the keys to repair the vehicle.

Replaced my broken headlight with a used one and my car was broken into while it was there and a grinder and other hand tools where stolen. Service manager did nothing. Said they didn't have cameras on the inside of the shop. Said he was gonna call me to update me on the situation, never got back to me. Terrible service. Take your car anywhere but here.
