Thanks to GEICO for finding Crash Champions and for CC in taking me in in such a short notice on a Saturday. I was even late to the appointment and Beth welcomed me with open arms! She could tell I sort of needed the car during the weekend so we made an agreement to drop it off on Monday and keep it for the whole week. Super accommodating and for that I’m more than grateful. Their text updates and being able to log into Geico’s claim site made the process even more seamless! It was super transparent and was able to see the progress of the repairs. I took my car that was hit after owning it for 2 weeks to Crash Champions. I had no idea how lucky I was to be referred to them by my insurance company. Very impressed with the customer service at Crash Champions they were totally topnotch. From beginning to end more than satisfied with the customer service receiving texts updates all through the repair process. The best part was picking up my vehicle 2 days before the scheduled deadline and finding my car better than ever. Highly Recommend they do everything right!

Having had my new car involved in a hit and run parking lot incident, I arrived to their shop for an estimate, very upset. They went above and beyond to save me money on the repair and even offered up advice on detailing products for the car interior and trim. Their customer service is top rate. If you need collision repair, I would highly recommend. No BS, the company was honest and detailed, every step of process was relayed to me in a timely manner. The end result was great. Looks brand new!
