An entitled 300 year old man from my development backed into my truck when it was parked, then tried to leave before the police came and then tried to lie to the police (that's another story). My insurance company suggested this place as an option for both dropping my truck off to get fixed and picking up a rental. Repairs took about 10 days, which I think is a bit excessive for the damage done. They did an outstanding job of calling me and keeping me updated on things. They had communicated that a few parts got lost or delayed in shipping (which happens, I suppose) and that repairs were dependent upon staffing (which surprised me). Some of the staff were quick to talk negatively about other staff, which I found unprofessional. However, they washed and detailed my truck pretty well, which

This place was suggested to me by my insurance company. I typically do all my own work but simply didn’t have the time to do this job. That being said, the job itself should have taken only a few days to be done plus time to receive parts. I would say a total of two weeks, tops! It has been over 2 months and they still have my car! Every time I call out there, it’s always some sort of b.s. excuse. I will be contacting the BBB over this. Stay away from this place!

Excellent customer service and repair! This is my second experience with Crash Champions, and they make it so effortless. They go above and beyond and keep you informed. I can’t tell that anything ever happened to my car and not just that but they cleaned it inside and out so well that I almost thought maybe it was someone else’s car lol. I love this place and the people! John Blankenship took the time to personally come out to talk with me, not just about my car, but about this great small town that we also live in! This place does quality work and it shows. The entire process was effortless for us. All we had to do was come home in the upgraded rental car from Enterprise, and return that vehicle to Crash Champions when we picked our car back up! We were informed throughout the process with updates as well. The car was completed two days early and looks brand new! The people are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I love this place and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Great quality work completed by people who care about the work they do, and that really shows! Thank you for the great service!
