Overall the best auto body experience that i've had across multiple states and countries. Super professional! I don't know why you'd go anywhere else. I came in with a broken fender (insurance wasn't going to cover it). I expected I'd have to go to 3-4 shops, compare quotes, get ripped off and then make this a super complicated process. However Crash Champions made it super easy. 1. The facility is great - clean (my 4 year old called it a doctor's shop - yeah that clean), professional, good parking, great wifi and spot to work 2. The receptionist - warm, welcoming, fluent in multiple languages, explains paitiently 3. The person who gave me quote - took under 5 mins to give me a quote. The person explained everything well and presented options and finalized the quote. 4. The mechanic -

Had to take my car in to fix the door after it was shot driving from the Oakland airport (really). Crash Champions and James specifically were great to work with and able to pull the insurance co into the conversation seamlessly. Dropped the car Monday afternoon and shes back like new on Thurs.

Super nice and friendly staff, was greeted with a smile from Amber at the front desk. Gene the Manager is amazing, was nice to see happy motivational manager. The body guys and painters do absolutely amazing work. Could not be happier with the final product. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I recently had someone rear end my truck, and brought it to Crash Champions. Wow! What a terrific experience, from the estimated to the pickup- amazing service. Throughout the whole process I received almost daily texts on the progress of the repair which I loved! And the quality of the repair was perfect, and they even washed my truck for me before picking it up. If your car needs repair, I highly recommend them.
