Alma at the front desk made getting a rental quick and stress-free. The great Google reviews gave us confidence going in, and they absolutely delivered. We got consistent updates, and the technician did an amazing job—the bodywork was flawless, and the color match was a perfect 10/10. The customer service was beyond exceptional—everyone was professional, attentive, and truly cared. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family!

I love the team and experience I have whenever I need the assistance of crash champions. They work diligently with Allstate as well as enterprise to get your repair done and get you on the road as soon as possible. They’re thorough, return your car better to you than when you left it, and they always communicate what they’re doing and when. I’ve needed their services twice-one with a hit and run and another with a collision into a gate and I’ve never been let down. After reading their numerous positive reviews I pulled up the website to make an appointment. The nature of my repair did not allow for good picture taking, so they suggested I'm making an in-person appointment which I was happy to do and preferred. I made an appointment with the Cooks Lane location. When I arrived it was early so that was my issue. After waiting some time, the technician could not be located and we waited for him to come to the front. She stated that he must possibly be in the restroom. I advised her that I would wait in my car out front when he was available as it was my appointment time. The technician that was previously not available wanted the receptionist to go outside and take pictures of my car for me, and provide them to him, so that he could prepare an estimate.

I worked with Matt and he kept me informed throughout my whole repair process, there were no surprises when time to pick up. The work was immaculate, if I didn't already know, the car did not look lit it was involved in an accident. I highly recommend and will look to them for any repair work I need in the future.
