Crash Champions Collision Repair East Broad

Crash Champions fixed my car after a deer collision in fall 2025. They were courteous, capable, communicative and quick. I really appreciated how seamlessly they work with my insurance. In fact, I chose them to do the repair over a local shop because they made me feel very at ease about the work. I highly recommend. Glenda was a joy to work with.

My experience with everyone that worked in the shop was great! They were all very nice, helpful, and communicated efficiently. My repair was done, and looks great. My steering wheel was damaged while there, and they are not covering the damages due to the shop not admitting fault. It was the first thing I noticed when I picked my car up, and they are saying that it was there before I dropped it off. It was not there, and now I am stuck dealing with damage to my car and money out of my pocket for something I have no control over.

Everyone there was very informative and acomodating. We were updated regularly on the progress and the work was done well.. The staff went out of their way to help. Blake did an exceptional job keeping us updated
