Crash Champions Collision Repair Euless

I took my car to Crash Champions for an estimate for an insurance claim. Crash Champions stripped my entire car without my permission and stated that I must pay $500 for them to resemble my car. I wasn't not aware of the state of my car until I went to check on the status. My Crash Champion representative, Kimberly communicated with me via email and did not inform me of the horrendous condition of my car. I wanted to only get an estimate and now I do not have a car. I do not feel confident that Crash Champions will resemble my car to condition that I gave it to them without it bring a liability safety for my life and other on the highways. We were referred here through our insurance. They have worked on the front bumper 3 times because they can't seem to do a clean job. There was obvious overspray in multiple areas and run offs, misaligned bumper, and loose parts. There was no prep on the bumper before paint, an extremely poor quality paint job. The manager on 6/2/23, a female responded as follows " Our work is a production line work. We don't care about quality. Take it up with the insurance. " All she offered was to spray a corner of the bumper, no prep work or resolving the runoff. I would never step foot in a Service King again. No respect or care for the customer. I would not recommend this place to anybody, not even my worst enemy. If you want quality work, this is definitely not the place.
