They returned my Rivian with a scratch on sensor so the warning light is perpetually on. I flagged it immediately, but they don’t want to repair it to original condition when the car was dropped off unless I pay for it. This is very unfortunate and disappointing.

Amazing 5 Star service! I had a shovel flew at my car on the freeway that caused some damages and my AAA insurance sent me to Crash Champions. I met with Ahmed, the estimator, and he helped explained to me the process and continued to update me on progress and changes that had to be made. When I picked up my car it felt brand new again and the inside of my car was nice and cleaned too so I appreciated that. They even send you updates thru texts messages. Happy with the service
